As a sparring partner and consultant, my guiding principles are to promote transparency and allow for complexity.

I work with management teams, departments and individuals in challenging development and change processes.

  • We work together to identify strengths and potential for change by clarifying the following key questions: What should be preserved? And where is there a need for adaptation?

    In workshops, retreats and large groups, I attach great importance to creating space for reflection and ongoing learning. Together with quantitative approaches, a comprehensive picture of the current situation is created.

    Formats such as Open Space or World Café enable broad participation, which is supplemented by an exchange with managers.

  • Developing a shared vision of the future is the cornerstone for making it perceptible for the entire organisation. I support your organization in developing and sharpening this image.

    This process can be designed step by step: As a facilitator, I work with teams, large groups, working groups and resonance groups. In this way, a shared vision of the future can be formed that enables light-footed change.

  • After a joint analysis, patterns and interactions can be recognized. I support you in initiating changes and testing them at an early stage. These experiences are continuously evaluated and gradually anchored in everyday life.

    Goal-setting methods such as OKRs, a practiced feedback culture and the clarification of roles and responsibilities are just some of the many different ways of shaping development and change processes.
