My path and profile
I am enthusiastic about improving what already exists and making new things possible, even in difficult situations.
In management positions and as organizational developer:
I have gained extensive experience in setting up departments, overall organizations, and change processes in both startup and corporate environments.
I was part of a successful startup in the digital medical technology sector. I was responsible for agile working methods, scaling, and gradual group integration.
I was a member of the leadership team and shared responsibility for strategic and operational company management. My focus was on developing the corporate culture and change processes.
Having completed two master's degrees and training in systemic organisational development, I am able to combine my technical background, methodological knowledge and deverse experience in the field of organisational development in order to enrich my work.
I support established companies and startups in various phases of development. My focus is on further development and change processes as well as the interaction between people and organizations, even in challenging situations.
